P860/xxx/254 - Dichroic Mirrors
Data kindly provided by Comar Instruments.The standard stock size of these mirrors is 25x40mm (2540) to fit in our photomultiplier connector boxes P225/0I0/011 or P226/0II/011 carried by the interchangeable or rotatable dichroic holers (see the dual or triple port photodetector couplings for more details), but other sizes are available to special order. The field xxx in the part number indicates the 50% transmission wavelength. The 475nm mirror is particularly suitable for splitting the indo1 emission wavelengths, and the 600nm mirrors are suitable for splitting the SNARF emission wavelengths and for use with other long-wavelength indicators. 600nm and 700nm mirrors are also suitable for splitting out infrared light for CCD camera viewing of the specimen. e.g. C510/2540/600LT
