The UK tax office has changed the form required to claim VAT exemption and we are no longer able to accept the old style forms. For your convenience the new version of the form is here in word97/2000 format.

Optoscan terminal emulator for PC
The built-in lcd display and keypad on the Optoscan controller can be mimicked by a PC via a standard serial cable. Below are the 32-bit Windows programs that implements this terminal for various versions of the Optoscan.
