Before attempting to connect the system box to a computer via the rear "D" connector we would recommend following the rotor standalone test procedure above.
For integration into image acquisition systems the filter wheel can be controlled externally via a digital interface. Operation under these circumstances should be detailed in the appropriate software manual or on-line help files.
