Recommended configuration for a dual emission output set-up, with infra-red CCD monitoring.This set-up is very similar to the single emission case except that a second dichroic mirror is also in the light path to divert a different set of wavelengths to an additional photomultiplier tube. Typically for Indo-1, the first mirror would reflect wavelengths shorter than 480nm and the second would reflect those below 600nm. Wavelengths greater than 600nm are available for CCD viewing as in the single emission set-up.
