Multiple Dual Emission Wavelength Systems
Recommended configuration for simultaneous recording of two dual emission dyes (e.g. Indo-1 and Snarf-1), with an infra-red viewing systemCombination of one dual connector box (C169) and two single boxes (C161) with appropriate cold mirrors (i.e. long pass dichroics), enables two dual emission probes to be used simultaneously. For Indo-1 and Snarf-1, as shown in the diagram, three standard 9124B PM tubes and one extended S20 tube are suitable for the four different ranges of emitted fluorescence. In conjunction with this output arrangement of standard components, we have designed a dedicated dual bandpass excitation filter holder (please enquire for details).
